is shoving here a bad idea? To be honest I have no idea what villian has but at the time I was thinking crappy two pair like A6, at least he has an A

I think I CR the turn. As played I think your FE isn't that good yet I don't see a problem with pushing.

I think it is a good theory, I do the samewith any playable hand down to 75o, you just shouldn't invest much postflop if flop comes J53 and you hold J8.

I think your postflop line is fine just call turn now and bet if you catch a heart and CR AI if you catch an offsuit 7 or Q. Pushing here is not good at all. (And k3nt, I doubt that solid players on 2+2 would recommend pushing here.)
