Obviously Ice is looking for a raise here so he can get it in. That means if you have KK, you're behind the vast majoprity of the time and can just fold.

Now someone will argue that if you fold KK here you will get run over. But of course Ice doesn't know you have KK here, for all he knows you could havce re-raised with . What we know is that he's trying to get it in, which means KK is unlikely to be good. A set or AA are the most likely IMO, I figure Ice would drop a SC or AJ to this re-raise and bet AK or QQ bigger, the two (unlikely hands you're ahead of) if he was going to bet them.
