Fold. 11(?) outs to 1/2 the pot, if not 1/4 and the river's gonna expensive, if not the turn with 4 left behind you. Someone's definitely got a 4 and maybe 4's full. The reverse implied odds seem to be against you. A lot things have to go right for this to a profitable call at the same time.

That said, I'm a PLO player, but a fold still makes sense.
