I would raise the turn to $6 or so. I think his most likely hand is a diamond draw, or a 5. Maybe a weak jack. If he calls, check behind on the river or if he bets, fold to any sort of significant bet. If he raises, it's an easy fold.

I've seen many drawing hands do a minibet only to get away with a cheap river, you have to make him pay to see the river and to let you know where he stands. Either he's folding his draw or he pushes (or calls and leads big on the river) his set/2pair and then you can fold but not before.
