First of all, my predictions for this tournament.... "I bet I make it deep, atleast top 100, and I will get busted the same way I've been busted out of EVERY mtt that i've made it deep in lately (6 previous ones in the last month), and that is that I will lose with AK(twice) or 66(4 times)....

First off, I was about85% sure this guy had Ax, which gave me great odds to call(pot odds anyhow, not karma odds apparently lol). I'd say about 10% to a higher pocket pair, and 5% to bluffing or something lower than my 66. So given that criteria, and half my chips already in, and everyone being AI every damn hand anyhow...this is definitely a call. BUT, would you guys have folded because of past experiences? should this have any bearing on this tournament what so ever? i would think not, but the results are truely weird...and the fact that I called this exact situation about 5 hours prior.


So, this makes the last 3 tournaments in a row, that I lost with 66, and the tally is up to 5 of the last 7 tournaments...... What do you guys think about this? Coincidence? The previous times i lost to AK AA AQ 55 and now AK again.

Ah doing great in this dumb claus tournament…8th place..then I call an AI with JJ, another guy re-raises AI, i call..they show TT and AT…and still..manage to spike the T for a HUGE pot, 34k, I had 60k chips

******** out in 25th..was 8th of 50 before he spiked the T, then for the next 20-30 hands, no lie at all, someone was AI every single hand preflop. You had no chance to play after the flop, or do anything but call or fold. So finally im on the button with ATs, guy at CO raises min, I re-raise for 15xBB(AI), he calls KQ and hits.

Then I get AT in MP. I really don't want to play this hand, for some reason I have a bad feeling about it. So what do I do? I raise. 1 caller, flop AKQ..i seem so zoned out right now, i think i just played too long on this particular day...i bet, he calls...i should know im no good now, but instead I throw the tournament away by betting and calling his raises, and he shows JT. Horrible play by me. I shouldn't have even played that hand as my gut told me I was going to get in trouble with it...................... so I bust out in 180th after playing damn near perfect for the last 4 hours. I manage to get deep in these things every single day I play, but always seem to just zone out and slip for 1 damn hand and thats it.

So i've been delving into some Omaha h/l cash games, and though they seem to be going ok, and I'm having alot of fun, i think the last 2 days have been some of the unluckiest i've ever been...... I've managed to not hit some 25+ outters, like 5 out of 6 times, and in 3 different $250+ pots, and 1 $400 + pot, people have managed to hit runner runner on me, even when I would have like 20+ chances to boat or hit the better nuts or a better draw(even though I had them crushed after the flop, with no draws for them anyhow)..
This has resulted in like -$600 in the last 2 days.
I need a break, the last month has been terrible as all shit. Unreal. Short post because I don't even feel like typing.

Hm btw, this was PL, and .50/1 . I think tomorrow I might try .5/1 or 1/2 LIMIT. Ill be getting a week+ break here soon enough, and I dont feel burnt out just frustrated. Maybe limit would be better as I'm always losing the ENOURMOUS pots lol. I dont know.

was up about $250, then everything unfolded from there....lost so much bullshit that i just quit..ended up down in the cash games, and down total..nice swing...

I was beat the whole time, and couldn't hit a low to split but....well you tell me. Only read on villian is that he pushes hard alot, he likes huge pots... hardly plays smallball.
