The table had been very passive and fairly loose. I know this is BTP so I'm going to hear "fold PF you don't have AA". I'm more concerned with the post-flop play.

I didn't have many hands on villain. I really didn't like his min-3-bet on that flop. I couldn't think of any hands that do that other than sets or flushes, so I folded the turn UI. W/T or super awesome sugoi laydown?

Here's how I've been playing lately:
At loose-passive tables you can get away with playing more hands cheaply. These players make egregious errors post-flop so you have enormous implied odds. As long as you play post-flop decently, you make good money by playing more hands. I'm playing the hand to hit big or else I get out. If the flop comes Q-high and all I have is the top-pair, I just fold. I lose 1 BB with the limp and that's all. I'm not calling big raises with it or getting carried away with single-pair hands. Post-flop errors are significantly worse than pre-flop 1BB errors.

I don't always limp big suited connectors there, I'd prefer limping it in MP after another limper, or open raising it in later positions.

Yes, I folded the turn for the reasons I mentioned.

I only mentioned the BTP part because I knew that's what everyone would comment on when I feel it is relatively insignificant compared to the post-flop play.

The reasons to fold QTs in early position: (a) position will hurt you throughout the hand, and (b) positional LAGs will raise you off your hand preflop a lot of the time.

At passive $25 NL and lower FR tables, I really think these reasons don't apply with nearly the force that they do at higher levels. People are passive and they're just BAD postflop. They don't know how to use their position against you, and they fall in love with top pair when you have top two, and they give it away when they have you beat. So I don't hate the preflop limp at all.

That said, I very much like the way you played this postflop. The 3-bet on flop followed by full pot on turn is a big hand most of the time, especially for these passive folks. Q6 and T6 are very unlikely. He flopped a flush or a set 90% of the time here. Probably a set because flushes love to slowplay.
