Flop [Td][3c]. I bet 3$, big blind folds, Villain calls.
Turn . I check, he checks behind.
River - 12$. Bullseye
I bet 7$, he reraises to 20$.

Who would reraise (and how much), and who would only call?

Bet pot on the flop...not $3. Dont ever bet $3 again for any reason

I would just call the river raise. He probably has KQ. If he doesnt, hes not calling a reraise

PS....dont bet $7 on the river either. Bet at least $10. I dont mind betting more than the pot here.

flop bet is silly and way too small. either bet like a man, or check-call flop.

river i would maybe CR, because missed hands make up a large part of his range.

if i bet river, it would be pot or more. as played i think you can pop it to $55 and confidently fold to a shove.
