I vehemently disagree. I think not betting this turn is a big mistake.
a) you want to build the pot. You almost certainly have the best hand, and if not, you have a fuckload of outs to get the best hand.
b) he will almost always still call with a flush draw, drawing dead. If it hits, you have a better chance of stacking him if you bet the turn.
c) you don't want a scarecard to hit the river if he has a hand like KT or 89 and have it kill your action, get the money in now.
There's probably more but i'm playing atm and can't write up a fully-detailed reply. But please, this turn is a bet 100% of the time. It isn't close.
Poker is silly.
It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.
