It depends on alot of factors .

Do you want the odds of my next hand dealt to me being a royal flush?

Obviously the odds are different depending on what cards I start with.

If I start with 63, then the royal flush has to be on the board which makes the odds much higher.
If I start with an ace, then there has to be 4 cards to the royal on the board.
If I start with 2 suited broadways cards the odds are different (and lower of course)

There are alot of different variables.

As iceman said, there are alot of factors. Giving you the number of variations would probably require more number crunching than you have time for. One example would be: You have 2 cards to a Royal in your hand; you will flop a royal once every 19,600 times.
