Bet flop harder.

Bet/fold turn.

Why are you not betting the turn....pot control? If so I can see just check/calling the river. If you think the chances of your being beat here are good than you played it just fine because if you were beaten I think it was on the flop. His bets look so weak that I think you were ahead and should have tried to wrap it up on the turn with a bet of 10-15. Even then you would still have the option to fold to a reraise. I'm inclined to think you were good on the turn if not on the river.

I probably bet a bit more on the flop but that's a bit picky.

I don't mind the turn check, but then the river call is a must.

Another line is betting the turn and folding to a raise but that's higher variance and frustration potential. I probably only take that line if villian is a known CS.
