i play around 33/8 or so while 6-tabling, so i guess "no" is the answer.
A2xx is great, but it's not the only thing that can be played. that's kind of like saying only play Ax or PP hands in HE -- possible, but not really that good.
patience is required, however, since you'll split A LOT of pots, often when villain gets it in bad with set over set or something and backdoors a janky low to chop. as such, big +EV situations are often rare and it takes a lot of hands for your actual $ to match your sklansky bucks. i suppose this is true of any form of poker, though.
