My revenge hand:
Dealt The Ten of DiamondsThe Ten of Clubs in the BB. Button makes a raise to $18. Lag calls in the SB. I repop for $45 more making it. Only the Lag calls.
FLOP$ 144
The Queen of ClubsThe Two of ClubsThe Queen of Diamonds
He checks. I bet $120. He calls. He has floated on this like me a billion times now.
TURN
The Queen of ClubsThe Two of ClubsThe Queen of Diamonds The Six of Clubs
I have $244 left and push after he checks. He calls with AQ.
River
T !!!!!!!!!!!
any comments on that hand? perhaps I should check the turn.. but then don't i have to call any bet on the river?
IMO turn bet is a big mistake here. He would have reraised 99+ preflop. So his range after he called your CB in a RERAISED pot is like Qx, flush draw, 22, and occasional small PP 33-88. If you bet turn he is going to fold all small PP and call with Qx and flushes.
As for calling a bet on the river that depends on the dynamics, but I doubt that he would bluff 88 on a blank river, because he has enough od showdown value against a possible missed AK.
