$100NL 6-max @ Tribeca

1 limper, i complete SB with [8h]. BB checks. never seen him before. he 3-bet me once when i raised in CO and he was OTB, and he 3-bet to a good amount, so he's at least marginally competent. i have $100 and he covers.

pot: $3

i lead $3. BB villain calls, limper folds.

turn:
pot: $9

i lead $7, he waits a few seconds and raises it to $30. i think and call.

river:
pot: $69

i check, he shoves all in and it's $66 to call. do i call or fold?

also...anyone push turn? anyone fold turn?
