Over at Tridonka. I hadn't gotten too involved at this table. I've been there for maybe 4 or 5 orbits. One of my "buddies" is sitting two to my left. He's the main reason I'm at this table. His stats are 55/7. He plays way too many hands and won't fold if he has any piece of the flop. Unfortunately, it looks like there is a pretty decent player between us who is directly to my left.
I have $90 and they both have me covered.
I get UTG and make my standard raise to $4.
Both the good player directly behind me and the donkey call. Everyone else folds
Flop is
Perfect flop for me obviously. There is $13.50 in the pot, and I lead out for $11. Good player folds, but donkey calls.
Turn is
Not such a great card. Though it is possible he has AK and just hit his inside st draw, I don't really think he has it. If he doesn't have AK, he has to be really worried that I have it. AK is definately in my range from UTG I would think.
$35.50 in the pot, and I lead out and bet $25. Again, he just calls!!
River is
What a terrible river card. There is now 4 to a straight. Any King or eight beats me.
There is $85.50 in the pot. I have $50 left behind me.
What do I do? Push all-in? Try and represent that I myselft have a King, possibly AK. I could get someone who has an 8 to fold (like possibly 89s, which I would think is in his range).
Check/Call? Its hard to see what kind of hand he would call the flop that has a King it it.
Check/Fold? Seams weak to me. I'm pretty sure that if I check he bets. He's that kind of player who will bet if checked to.
Thanks
