One guy limped, one guy posted, I limp, and the BB checks. Pot is almost $2

I have a non-nut flush and an open ender. Check, Check, Guy who limped UTG bet $1.50, call, I call, bb calls.

Pot is roughly $7.50 after rake or so
Turn is


I gain another non-nut flush. I Check, Check, bet $2.50 This seems weak to me especially with all the draws out there, call and I raise the pot this time to make it $17.65 to go. I did this cause I think the shorty who is betting may lay down his 2 pair or whatever he has and the caller will put down his draw. If UTG has a set and pushes, I am willing to draw to how many ever outs I have that are live. If he calls my bet he only has a little over $3 left so I don't see how he can do that. I figured he has to shove or fold.
