I'm sitting here on Stars, and one of my tables is as follows -

10.5 VP$P / 176 hands
14.5 VP$P / 69 hands
23.8 VP$P / 101 hands
18.2 VP$P / 55 hands
45.9 VP$P / 61 hands
26.6 VP$P / 184 hands

Probably explains why I never get paid off on those extremely rare times I actually get a decent hand - out of 350 hands today, with the exception of one hand where someone was jamming the nut high and I had the nut low (so I still didn't make much net profit), my biggest pot won was under $4.

Are there other sites that aren't so full of nut peddlers?

i think ftp and bodog are your likely choices. it gets better as you move up in stakes, i think.

also, these tight players often make big mistakes... few of them, but big ones (e.g., jamming with trips or getting it all in with a set on low board while holding no low).

also, you have to play A LOT of hands for your natural advantage to work itself though the variance. pots typically don't get big unless you have calling stations (sounds like you don't) or two big hands (relatively rare).

I hate Stars for that reason is the tightness at the low levels. I personally like UB for the low limit games. One of the reasons is because they generally stay heads up or shorthanded for a decent amount of time which I like.

One was to combat the tightness at Stars is to minimum raise whenever you enter a pot from any position. Once you do it enough, people will stop caring if it is a preflop raise of .25 or a post flop pot raise.

Bodog. See flop percentages for the table in the 70s are not uncommon, and in US prime time there are more than enough .10/,25 tables to choose from (and you can only play at 3 of them).
