That's a very tough hand that I played.

Villian seems competent, 27/18/ (very high) , after 50 hands. No stellar read on him.
I was playing in a similar style probably with lower aggression.

2ROYAL2ME posts blind ($2), starkater posts blind ($4).

PRE-FLOP
Hero bets $14, Villian calls $14, 2ROYAL2ME folds, starkater folds.

FLOP (34)
Hero bets $25, Villain bets $72, Hero calls $47.

TURN (176)
Hero checks, Villain bets $144, Hero calls $144.

RIVER (464)
Hero bets $278 and is all-in

Ok. I am interested in suggestions of how to play flop, turn and river .
I posted how I played it, but I feel that each decision is very marginal.
Flop: fold/call/raise?
Turn: check/call, check/raise?
River: check/call or push?

OK, so youre saying youre confident you have the best hand.

if I have the best hand AND the best draw and Im OOP, I want to get all in. Im OOP so if I just call now how am I going ot get all in on the river? Am I going to lead into him? If I do that he will fold any bluffs just like he would if I CRAI on the turn.

So we assume

1) we have the best hand
2) we have the best draw
3) we cant get more money out of a bluff on the river while still guarenteeing value from a worse hand (he'll check behind)

So why let him see the river card before he has to make a decision to put more money in or not. Hes already paid $144 on the turn. I cant see him betting a worse hand like [Qh] on the river but he will probably call the CRAI.

In no way I assumed that we are ahead there. Sure if we are ahead it's an easy push.
I think that we are behind to a good part of his range, so he calls with the hands that are ahead of us: flushes, 8x, I think AA and KK too.
While he folds all bluffs, JJ, TT etc.

You make a good point about that could be behind and could call a CR. Just IMO most of his range can be divided into hands that are ahead and that will call CR and the hands that are behind that he will fold. With this assumption I can't see how the turn CR can be correct.

If the turn CRAI isnt correct, then theres no way that open pushing the river can be correct.
