Any 4 cards 8 or above which connect together in some way, any suited ace, any pair tens and above, you could probably throw in low wrap hands like 4567 as well. Suits in limit omaha are much less important than in pot limit, as if there's a flush draw out, someone likely has the nuts or close to it. I wouldn't play pocket pairs below TT unless you have something to go with them. 88A2 with a suited ace is playable, for instance, whilst 77JK is probably one which should hit the much usually.
All in all, with the big implied odds, position being less important, and lots of preflop limpers, you can play most (prob not far off ALL) hands from the SB for a limp for +EV. However, as a rule it's smart to stick to the ones that're easier to play.
