I'm playing a full ring 3/6 game at Bodog. I'm also interested if and why anyone plays it differently at any point in the hand. Five limpers and I complete in the SB w/ [2c] [2s]. I've just started so no reads on anyone.

Flop: [Ah] [6s] [2h] ($21)
I lead, UTG calls, MP raises, BTN calls 2 bets, I call and UTG calls.

Turn: [6c]
I lead, UTG calls, MP raises, BTN calls, I raise, UTG calls, MP caps, BTN folds, call, call.

River: [Qd]
I lead, call, raise, I 3 bet, call, cap, call, call.

Okay, so that was the hand, but I have my doubts about how well I played it. If this will cloud your judgment then post on the HH and then read this stuff. The preflop call is near automatic, I think. I just called the raise on the flop so as to avoid putting more money in prior to seeing a non-heart turn. Turn card was safe so I lead out. Now when MP raises again, I'm still not sure I'm beat as he may just have an AK or AQ or something like that. I don't fear AA or 66, as 66 is highly unlikely and I would have expected a raise in MP (given the UTG limp) preflop. Thus I 3 bet. When he caps again, I'm starting to worry about A6 (suited of course). I decide I shouldn't fear monsters under the bed as trip 6's or just a big A are possible (again, no reads on anyone but the general calibre of player at Bodog is horrendous). I lead out the river, MP raises again, but now the Q is out which hits him if he has AQ, so I 3 bet again. I have changed my mind on how I should have been thinking in this hand, but I'll wait to reveal that until people can post some comments. Then I can just quote and say yup.

I abandoned FR for 6 max about a half year ago, but here goes.

PF fine

Flop: I don't mind the flop play although I'd 3 bet here, if it comes back as a capped I'm thinking I might possibly be over-setted against 6's by MP. Mostly for the fact AA would probably almost always raise. Button probably has a heart draw and UTG maybe a heart draw or Ax.

As played...

Turn I probably play the same, however after frantically hitting the raise button, I would consider the possiblity of someone possibly slowplaying AA (remote but a possiblity). Or the guy with pocket 6's just made quads.

River:

Well we made bottom set on the flop, turned a boat, and the heart draw didn't get there. With no reads I'm leading again. If I'm raised I'm pretty confident someone is either slow playing AA or up facing quads, I'm just calling a raise.

I've been waiting for Bodog's HH to become operational again, so I could see what UTG had, but it hasn't so I can't. MP had [Ac] [6c]. Basically I agree with everyone in terms of my mistakes. Should have 3 bet flop, Should not have 3 bet river. Here's my question, though. Thinking back over this hand, I find it pretty difficult to put MP on anything that I beat. I went off memory on the suits. If I have it correct then a [7h] [6h] or similar is possible here given the play. Assuming suits are correct, should the river play in this case be a check call rather than bet call? Why or why not?
