I think the flop and turn are pretty standard. Maybe I should reraise the flop but I usually don't like to give out the strength of my hand that early.

I didn't know what to do on the river though. He had $150 left and I was folding to a raise. What do you think?

I don't see what calls you on the river unless it's a flush, or better. He has a 7, something like 88 or 99 most of the time if you're ahead. I think reraising the flop is the best play here. You can't really win a huge pot against a 7 or smaller overpair most of the time anyway.
