I feel sick almost every time I get in a big hand and my opponent has at least 2 outs lately.

For instance I just flopped top set (10's) again, but was lucky enough just to lose the minimum to KK this time. I'm getting too smart to let them get their money in with 2 whole outs anymore.

I think you guys are taking money too seriously. U should have big enough bankroll so that bad beats dont affect you mentaly. With proper bankroll and some emotional detachment from money you should be fine and tilt free almost always. I had 30k and 20k hand breakeven strech and 2x 15 buy in downswings. Now lately, due to increase in my aggression(25/18/3.5 and still expanding) im experiencing multiple buy in swings withing each session. Basically i kinda feel happy when they two-outer me because then I know im not on some sort of heater(which is still hard to determine after 170k hands since ive read that i could be a really poor player but just running good)

would you have the same reaction if he had 66 or a flush draw and hit?
it's probably just a case where it's just to much to handle, you gotta try to handle these hits better than that or you will have a heart attack if you play higher and loose big
my worst day ever was sometime last year when I lost 1500 in a single night at 1/2 , I had a lot of trouble going to sleep even if it was 6 in the morning , but this kind of reaction never happened to me
