Opponent was extremely loose, mostly passive, and overall pretty bad. It really looks like a blocking bet but against this guy if I raise I am not sure I can fold to a 3 bet. What is your play?

raise every time, if he pushs you can consider folding but with this weak ass blocking bet on the river you lose way to much value calling. Good chance he has 2 pair or a str8. Very few players post oak bluff on the river.

My inital thought was that is was a blocking bet but I was worried that this was some kind of donktastic value bet. After thinking about it I agee with everyone else, raising does seem better.
