It's like, thanks for not raising me with the nuts on the river......but onto the hand, do you think I should raise the flop? I was thinking I should after the hand because anybody who has the balls to lead pot into you on that board after you raised preflop probably has a hand that you can get more money out of. Onto the hand as played, I thought I was betting the river for value, I was pretty certain that no 10 was in his hand range so I wasn't too worried about that, but whatever, do you generally just check behind in this spot?

Do you fold to the repop to $24.5 on the river (btw I would generally not minraise the river but in this situation I was putting him on a hand that couldnt call much but might call a minraise just to see my hand, obv i was wrong lol) or do you just go ahead and flat call the reraise, or do you push like I did and just suck it up?

both these hands are misplayed pretty badly.

hand 1: raise flop like always. as played...bet bigger on the turn.

hand 2: bet turn. as played.....do something different on the river. anything. there are like 6 mistakes on the river alone.

Hand 1) I definitely raise the flop. By raising the flop you punish people who want to lead into you when you are the pfr (common on FTP). You have a chance to stack AK, AQ, KQ, etc. You also don't want to let a guy get in cheap with some AT type draw that can run you down.

Hand 2) Bet the turn and fear not a push or a higher flush. Flush over flush is like set over set. You should be far more worried about a lone A or K drawing to the fourth heart or a set turning full. Pound like there's no tomorrow. You'll even stack a A[h] J[c] occasionally.

Flush over flush is not like set over set. Happens way more often. Just call the repop in hand #2. Otherwise good IMO.

Raise the flop in hand #1. Hulk want make pot big!
