$200NL 6-max @ Tribeca

UTG limps, i raise red 44 to $8. SB calls. limper calls. effective stacks $250 or so between me + limper. SB has less...$180 or so. both seem bad, stupid, typical tribeca. etc etc.

flop: J98 all spades.
pot: $25
check, check, check

turn: [4c]

SB leads $5. limper calls $5. i make it $25. SB folds, limper calls.

river: meaningless brick.
limper checks. i check.

thoughts on all streets?

I like all streets except the river.

At Tri-donka i am a big fan of betting almost any river with a good hand because he'll call with just a J there. If he has the flush or the straight, he'll raise and you can fold.

i dont really know why i checked behind. just gut instinct i guess. in hindsight i probably should have bet here. but villain showed down [5s]
