I'm betting $75-$90 here, depending on the texture of the table (how likely are they to call CB's? the more likely, the more i bet, the less likely, the less i bet).
I *want* action on this hand. I'm a huge favorite over plenty of holdings.
Sooo, lets look at the different scenarios once you bet.
A: You take down the pot. that's fine.
B: You get raised, ok. just jam
C: you get called on 1+ spots.
If option C happens and you miss the turn, I'm check calling most bets here, and then playing my hand accordingly on the river.
To some extent i agree with Ice here about not open raising this hand in MP In a live game, which is full of people who love to see not only flops, but turns and rivers as well. One of the keys to hands like this is the ability to raise preflop and take down the pot on the flop. But in a 2/5 sort of game, that just doesn't happen enough to make raising here a profitable long run play. Your continuation bets are simply going to be called far too often to make it worthwhile.
