I don't think FD will call anything, as he would have raised either the flop or the turn with a made hand; I'd probably raise since I expect to get paid by any 4. If you get reraised you're most likely beat and against most not-too-tricky opponents it's probably a fold.

I think I might go with a raise here based on the action. I would have to believe the 4s are split from the betting and you know where 3 of the 2s are and 2 of the Ks. My guess is that you are the only one that is full. However, I wouldnt want to get reraised but would most likely have to call it to see that I am beat.

Since this is a tourney, I would try to accumulate chips at this point or go bust.

Surely this is the easiest raise ever. You really think he's pulled 42/4K out of his ass more than half the time here? I'd say he's raising almost any 4 on the flop and betting on the turn so all you know if that the dude's got a 4.

Calling the raise on the flop is pretty thin against many oppos I'd have said.
