Uh... I just don't see why ice can't have AJo with no clubs at all as worst hand in his range on this betting sequence (barring pure draws, which seem a little weird to be raising on the turn, although it can sometimes be done).
Ok, there are better ones, too. And he may really have 5c4c or something. But he's limping whatever hand it is in MP1, and that says something, I would think. Moreover, SB looks like he's drawing, and UTG+1 looks extremely weak to me.
If I were in ice's position, I would at least think AJo is probably ahead on the turn, and with anything stronger than that (including some draws), I would have been inlined to raise the flop. In fact, I consider AJ and AQ to be ice's most likely holdings, although I don't EXCLUDE sets, straights or even 98s (although that's kind of strange to play that way).
I guess if I"m really convinced of that, I definitely should push AcQc in SB--contrary to my previous statement. That hand may be ahead, and is likely freerolling.
