I think flop and turn bets are fairly standard. River's a bit more debatable. Although I think you're ahead here more often than not, chances of him calling many hands that you're beating are quite slim so I'd probably check and hope he makes a desperation bluff or something (he might even check 22 in turn). A read would help but i think this holds true for most oppos.
