This looks like an overpair with a more than a made flush. I'd bet about $350 or so and cry if he pushes.

I want to know what he'd do with something like AQo, As...reraise pf? 3 bet the flop? I think you should check-behind the turn...call most river bets, and bet if he checks.

I think your 'no reads' policy fires back here, there is generally 2 types of players you can be against here.

'Louse fishy' who can have as little as , and you are ahead of his range, in this case I like bet turn (333) - push river line.

'Reasonable' (good TAG, LAG) and then it gets much tougher, I would even think about a flop call here.
As played against this type I would check turn behind and would consider folding to a good sized river bet, I just can't see many hands in his range that we are ahead of. There is a small chance that he has JJ or Q, but you are behind most of his range.

If it were your first hand at the table (and somehow you had a double stack) I would be more inclined to a 2nd scenario, from what I see most players at 600NL are reasonable.

I've played Hickboy a bit. Looks to me like he's playing WA/WB. OOP he's one to stick it in on the flop with the [As}. I'm almost 90% sure with 66/99 he calls the flop and pots the turn, though. But you guys are so deep that he's not gonna fold an overpair with a spade and he'd fold the flop with an overpair and no spade. You could bet $400 here. His implied odds would only be less than 4:1. I'd bet more like $450 or check behind. I like checking behind because we can get away from a spade and it looks like he has a spade so he'll make our value bet for us on the river with anything he's giving us action with on the turn. I don't like committing my stack here against a solid player.

The with an offsuit Q/J would suck to give a free river to, but I'll do it here to get T9/JJ/QQ/maybe KT to make that value bet. You're a really aggressive player, so a set wouldn't totally shock me because he's observant enough to check the turn, which is why I'd play it safer.
