I wouldn't fold this hand no. What I would have done differently however is:
a) Bet the pot on the flop. It's -EV to be making these tiny bets. Opponents will call/fold/raise regardless of bet size on a paired flop.
b) Call the river bet instead of raising. Villain was not afraid of JJ on the board, which lets you know that he's either holding a J himself, or he does have AA. Because you have an A in your hand, him holding AA is less likely ... but still play situations like this on the side of caution. Better opportunities will come along to go for stack.
My favorite situation to be in is to flop the overfull. I can always suck in the underfull for stack at these levels.
