Opponent is very loose preflop, and is the type who is willing to make -ev calls preflop if he thinks he can outplay opponents later on. He starts the hand with a bit less than a full stack, I cover.
I get KK in the SB; villain raises in MP, two callers, I repot to $40. Villain is only caller.
Flop:
[9h][Qc]. I bet $55, villain pushes for $90 more. His range is really wide here, but should I reward his bad preflop call by automatically doubling him up here?
