Do you really think JT is in his range??? I think if he folds to your CRAI he probably had AK/AQ.

You can't check/call and risk having a 3rd heart kill your action. Only options are lead or CR. I like the CR much better because if you lead he can just fold AK/AQ and you're really feeling dumb.

Raise to 90...I'm not a fan of pot-sized raises unless there's a reason to (pricing out draws, etc). There's no reason here, so I raise to 90 and get it in regardless of the turn.
