I think you make a big mistake thinking about this hand in terms of HU play.
UTG calls 6$, you play against UTG here, who limped preflop on 6 handed table, his hand range is way different from the range of your HU opponent.
Back to the hand. Against a CS I like your flop and turn line, going for turn CR is not good as he will check behind with all the draws. River card is a scary one, here I would bet/fold against a CS, but with a board paired I doubt that he would raise his straight here. I would probably bet smaller here, like 100-120$. His range on the river is straights, stupid one pair hands, missed flush draws. If he calls 200$ with A7 here, then I am ok with it, but I am afraid that he would fold such hands to this bet and will call only with straights.
Edit, read Roy's post.
We agrre on most points, but I disagree about river check/call. probabliity that CS will call 120 with A8 is much higher than he will bet A8. River bet/fold >>> check/call. Assuming we bet 120.
