i really get into alot of this focking situations, and in bad pos too. if i was in last pos, maybe i could bet his hand out?? i really dont know!!!!

This happens every now and then and you'll see it at least once a week if you play a lot. At the $25s you should almost always lose your stack here. You do NOT WANT HIM TO FOLD!!
Not only is his flop call extremely profitable in the long run, but remember also that you'll also be on the receiving end sometimes when you flop or turn quads.

Best thing is to develop some masochistic kind of enjoyment for these things.

The only thing I regret about the way you played your hand is that you didn't bet more on the flop and turn.

I keep a sub-journal on how often I run into quads with my full house. Don't worry about it. Rule of thumb, even in Omaha (especially at these levels) ... if you have either quads over my full house, or a straight flush against my A-high flush or better ... you are getting paid sir.

This is a good spot to CR - multiple players, so a bet is likely, and with a bet plus a call or two you can make a significant raise. I would sometimes even check-call here and look to push on a safe turn as a change of pace.

I wouldn't be scared by the Q on the turn at all and there is NO WAY you can get away from this - the way you've played the hand, any boat could be raising the river. Even if we just narrow it down to KQ or QQ, the KQ is twice as likely (there are two combinations of KQ and only one combo to make QQ) and will play it the same, so it's +EV to get it all in. QQ is also likely to raise on the flop so KQ looks more likely anyhow. That's not even CONSIDERING Qx for a low boat, which is a possible hand here for a player at this level to be getting aggressive.

If you have an enormous stack here you shouldn't lose it, but you should bet or raise at least once on the river and you should get all your stack in even if it's large at this level.
