8:20ish: You get QQ UTG, raise with two callers, K on the flop.

I think the flop check is good, but I would lead out on the turn, at this stage you must feel your Qs are good and you may get a call from a player on a hearts draw.

As played I wouldnt have bet the river, a flush draw is going to call you, a 4 is going to call, but a J or lower pocket pair is really unlikely.

14:30ish: Limped KQ UTG, flop Q high with possible diamond draw

I am curious what your motivation for the minraise on the flop was? Were you looking for a fold or a call or information?

The small raise gives a flush draw odds to call, but you are unlikely to get a call from a hand you beat such as an underpair or weak Q, where a smooth call may get them to fire again on the turn.

Personally I am making my raise larger, maybe $6 or so, since im a chicken.

The only other thing I noticed was the notes you take, eg: "Minbet flop A34" or similar, im not sure exactly what you get out of such notes, I am intrigued

I need to improve and take more notes myself, but typically mine will contain things such as "Minbet = weakness" or "Checkraise flopped set" etc.
