i think it's actually a better chance that he has KK here, that would explain a min raise preflop, and the checking action, and your checks would make him think that you don't have an A either so he might figure you took your shot on the river with middle pair or something. there is a chance that he has AA but you have to call it man, at least for future reads
I have a question for you, if he would have bet normally 3/4 pot on flop, then another decent bet on the turn, and river etc, would you have check called all the way?
if you plan to play like that vs this kind of a fool then just fold the damned Q's to the minraise, no offense but you should stack off here most of the times
at least bet the turn to see how he reacts, and don't bet the river if you trust your read, if you really think he has AA there's no reason to give him more $
and you have to give some action to get some , if you call on the river and some regulars see how you played middle set, they might never give you action , when you show real strength
anyway, i seriously would not post this kind of a hand, it will only get you the type of responses that you got(a bit to harsh, even if they were joking), and you can't really blame them
if there wasn't a river there wouldn't be any fish
