I don't like much call/fold questions, so thoughts on all streets are welcome. Especially river, though

Opponent is not a regular, and I didn't see him do anything out of the ordinary. He seems to be on a passive side, likes to limp call, stats are 40/9. It seems that he has a tendency to bet bigger with good hands and smaller with bad ones.
(I am OTB and he is on BB, to simplify reading the hand history.)

(I always raise smallish preflop and it works for me. Folding to flop minraise is not a very good idea as it could mean anyhing, even K4s.)
