If this guy is a good player the min raise on the flop is not bad as long as you back it up with a bet on the turn. Personally I would stick to a more standard $60 bluff. Either way if you are going to min raise on the flop and try to make it look like a bluff then the check on the turn is awful. If you are going to bluff you need to make your bluffs add up. Using your tight table image is fine but if you are going to represent trips you need to play it like you would with trips. As you played it check the river and give up the hand, an all in after the blank river and your check on the turn looks so much like a bluff, my blind grandma would pick off your bluff.
