Button open-raises to $4. i make it $14 from the SB with [9h]

[8h]. he's been folding to all of my 3-bets so far so i figure what the hell. this time he calls. he seems relatively tight and a little bit weak.

whats my play here? $100 effective stacks to start the hand.

If the button has folded most of the time he is likely sick of your shit and this is a flop that TT is gonna dig in and not go anywhere. That being said if you bet this be ready to get a bunch of money in rooting for a heart.
