Besides not raising PF.... I realize this is probably a pretty good raising opportunity. I am SLOWLY incerasing my PFR however. I realize I probably have a flawed thinking about raising PF in PLO. I also have a stigma that comes from playing so much LHE, that I really hate getting away from raised pots when I'm the raiser. Although I'm slowly learning...I think. Alright just wondering if I'm on the right track with everything.

My main concern was calling a PSB on the flop with just an OESD on a possile 4 flush board without having any draw to the flush. Is this an overly marginal siruation in a SH game or no?

Also if... for the sake of discussion, we had someone else tagging a long for the ride here. Would it be pretty safe to assume someone here is playing the FD?

So in a 3 handed situation would we want to get comitted on the turn regadless, if it were a 3 way hand?

Well on the flop you have 10 clean outs to the nuts on the flop as Pokerzen correctly observed. I would not count any board-pairing cards to be outs as it is likely that opponent has a set. I would count about 2 outs for backdoor draws. If you get a call behind you then you can be fairly sure that spades are bad for you, but HU it seems that your spade outs will be good at least half of the time, so add 2 more outs for that.

In short: if everyone folds behind you, you have about 14 outs which is a clear call HU given that you have decent implied odds since the straight is more hidden than the flush. If you think you can bluff a spade every now and then it gets even better.

If there is a call behind you then you have 10-12 outs, but in a 3 way pot that's enough to see a turn card. If the turn is a blank and it gets potted again I'd probably fold.

On this particular turn you should definitely get it in. You hit one of the best cards in the deck, if you don't shove now then why draw in the first place?
