If you do it with HHs, can you just run the hands with both players' cards exposed in PT? I figured PT would have trouble compiling it as the same hands. Anyhow, if it's easy, I'm down for it. If it's tedious, I'd be for finding a less tedious method.
As for coordinating tables, I don't think that will be a problem. I usually sit there waiting for 15 minutes on an opponent in HU PLO $20, and I had pretty much the same experience at the $10s. I don't think we'll have serious problems with someone else jumping in before your opponent gets there if it all happens reasonably fast (within a few minutes).
The problem with private tourneys is that you have to announce them 1 hour before you actually play.

What's the date/time? I'll probably not be here but I'll play if I am. I also suck at HU so that should give you a good laugh
