Depends a lot on websites. Best advice is to be flexible (as far as you can be) about where you have $ so you can find the best games. Games up to $200 used to be very soft almost everywhere but Stars, but now you'll rarely find games $100 and above that are truly awful IMO. The 200 games and above at Stars are quite tough, so I'd say the "line" at Stars is probably 200, but there are good players from what I recall (on my limited visits) at the 100s and 50s too.
