Ok, questions are mainly about turn and river.
Call turn minraise or reraise?
River is check call, check-raise or bet-fold?

I thought on the river about bet-fold or check-call.

I like your line and c/c on the river is okay, I would probably bet/fold as minraises on the turn (on iPoker) at least seem to be 'weak/marginal hands which hope for a cheap showdown' so something like Q6 or T9. c/c river is good because he will bluff draws or complete bluffs (i think he will have a complete bluff more often than a draw as a draw would usually raise the flop or call the turn) and sometimes worse hands that he thinks he's value betting. Both lines are good and I doubt the EV is too big of a difference.
