Backed into a non-nut flush

I pick up

in MP. A limp to me, I call, medium stack LP raises pot, EP calls, I call.

Flop is [9c]

. Checked to me, I check, raiser bets 1/2 pot, EP folds, I call.

Turn is [3d]

. I check, raiser bets 3/4 pot. I call.

River is [Ad]

. Opponent has 1.25x pot left and I cover. I ????

Opponent was loose-ish and aggressive-ish.

Rhound - I got 2 outted in a $2000 pot last year, I have also broke a cup in half playing catcher. The feelings were similar.

With a LAG opponent I like a check-call. He will almost certainly bet on the semi-scare card on an otherwise dry board. Both the flush and the straight are unlikely. Against a typical opponent I like Ojingo's line.
