I know I played this very badly, but the worst part is the turn weak bet or the river call ?

River call, how can you be winning???

Turn bet is OK I think, he's liable to re-raise if he has a high flush, so you at least got some info out of it, though it doesn't cost you MUCH more to bet the full pot. In honesty, out of position, i'd have considered dropping that on the flop, although the chance of overcalls gives you better odds to draw to your straight. With two to act behind it's hard to see the flush winning, and even harder when the board pairs the river. You need to be cautious, I feel.
