My read on the Villain was that he called a gutshot all in for 20€ on turn and lost to TPTK which was [Th], and I have seen him trying to "outplay", "outwit" and basically bluff his way to a stack.. His stats are: 76/44/1.91/WtSD 40%/W$SD 33%.
So, basically, knowing what I knew about this guy, is this an easy call/raise on the river or should it be fold?.. and!!!- how did I play this?.. I stopped on the flop because I was OOP and I wanted him to make a move at me so that I can CR him or just call depending on his bet amount, but when he checked behind I took what I think is more cautious route on turn by betting 1/2 pot and same again on the river. When I got this big of a raise on the river I figured he is trying to steal the pot from me but wasn't TOO sure.. I don't have to hid that I called this.. didn't raise for his leftovers.. suggestions?

Would it be the same line as you suggest (pound more) if the flop was paired or there was a flush draw on flop? Because of the at least 80-20, right?

Flush draw (2-flush on flop) = pound harder.

Paired board: depends on what the card is that paired, and how likely he is to have one. I will play a KKQ flop a lot more carefully than a 322 flop.
