background: villain just stacked me last hand when his straight-flush draw got all in vs. my K-high flush draw and the river was the straight flush card. he seems somewhat loose, aggressive, likes to raise + reraise preflop, and probably likes to make moves postflop. $200 effective stacks.

he raises to $7 UTG+1. CO calls. Button-fish calls. i 3-bet to $28 from the BB w/ [Jd]. villain calls, CO folds, Button folds.

i wait about 5 seconds and bet $48. he shoves pretty quickly and i call. thoughts?

My guess is that youre ahead about 35% of the time so I might call considering pot size.

48 into 71 with no legit draws on board is quite powerful.

considering his position and the preflop play i'm leaning towards fold. you're getting 2-1. I'd feel better about it if you were getting 3-1.
