1. Folds to me on the CO, I raise [9s] to $4 and SB (a semi-regular) calls.
2. Flop [5c][2h], pot $9 SB checks I bet $8 and SB calls.
3. Turn , pot $25, SB checks I bet $20 and SB calls.
4. River , pot $65 SB checks and I shove for $65 more.

I figure at best he has a queen here as just about everyone and there mother raises the turn with a 5 if there's a flush draw on the board, much less two. Am I moving him off his hand more than half the time?

I prefer the 5 to not be there...this is fine if you think he'll fold KQ/QJ...but I don't think he will...you only beat the FD here.
