What is the best method for an American to use to deposit on PStars?

I tried Visa using my debit card but it was declined due to my bank's restrictions. I saw the prepaid Visa option but it requires a SSN so that option is out. What else is there? Do I need to go to a WU location w/ cash?

Why leave the "Stars" and "deposit" out of the topic header. "How do I..."? You trying to set the mood for some really funny/kickass revelation?
