AQ top 2pr deepish - 400NL

Villian has 550 and I cover. No real read...he's on the looser side.

[Ad][Qs] in CO and open raise to 16, villian OTB calls as does a blind.

Flop [As][Qd][6c], I CB 3/4 pot and only villian calls.

Turn [Ks] Pot 120. I check...THOUGHTS?

I'm thinking that I want to control the pot size here vs a set, maybe AK, or JT...

He bets less than half pot, and I call.

River [9h], I check...THOUGHTS? Prolly pretty standard given my line to just check-call or check-fold again.

He bets 150 into 210...I call.

Thoughts?

On the turn the only hand I'd be afraid of is 66. I'd expect AK to have raised by now, and if someone gets JT to the turn they deserve your money. A loose villain is way more likely to have a worse A than a set here. 3/4 pot on the turn, shove river and not think twice about it would have been my line. Did he show you A9?
